Principles
Specifications in writing
Every system is quoted against the specifications published on this site. Anything that changes is confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
Honest about fit
If a task needs something we do not supply, we say so rather than stretch a product to fit it.
Clear status
Where a capability is still in development rather than available to order, we say so at enquiry.
Talk to us about a task.
